What is even better is that it only takes a couple of minutes to prepare & can be enjoyed by the whole family. My 3 boys love the smoothie, we often have it as an after school snack – what a great way to up their veggie intake! It makes for a nutrient packed breakfast or mid morning snack.

Ingredients

Lime & Coconut Green Smoothie
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado OR 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 inch piece of cucumber (skin on)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shake Pea Protein
  • 1-2 scoops of Superfood – Green Qi
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 handful of baby spinach or kale
  • 100ml iced water
  • 300ml coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until your smoothie is smooth.
