Lime & Coconut Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado OR 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 inch piece of cucumber (skin on)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shake Pea Protein
- 1-2 scoops of Superfood – Green Qi
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 handful of baby spinach or kale
- 100ml iced water
- 300ml coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until your smoothie is smooth.
