I thought it was excellent. I really loved the goal setting part especially the "why" part. I have never really thought long and hard about the why so I found that piece really good. I found the Mum guilt part really stuck with me as well, as I struggle a lot, so it was good to hear other people's advice on how to handle and deal with that. Hearing everyone else's stories also showed that we are not alone. I just need to get better at not having such high expectations for myself.
I didn't get up at 6 as originally planned, but the alarm has been set for 6 already tomorrow and I took my lunch today and it's already packed for tomorrow. I'm made a weekly meal plan and set myself some fitness goals at the gym tonight. That felt good - to take some accountability for the fitness side too...
I'm hoping the earlier starts, the exercise and the food management get me back into the right frame of mind so I can then tackle the next step. Your an incredible inspiration and I love working with you. Thank you for the workshop and having me along. x"

"The Body Composition Analysis has been such a valuable tool for myself as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor as it's a way of accurately measuring the body composition of my clients and gives them a benchmark to work towards. As a result, my clients have been much more motivated to eat healthily and train harder and have the results printed out in a format that was easy to follow. They have also told me they feel more accountable for their actions which is a bonus! I've never been able to measure body fat and lean muscle mass accurately for my clients until I was introduced to the equipment used by Freedom Fit. I used to take measurements using a tape measure, but it does not compare, nor even come close to information they receive from the scan. Thanks, Fatima for introducing this amazing tool to me! It's definitely a value add to my business!"
